When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, wallpaper, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your floral-filled parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
Are your paper products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. The majority of our paper products are printed on FSC-certified paper stocks and use environmentally friendly printing processes whenever possible.
