We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper samples are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you or available for immediate download.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Safely tuck your unused items into their original packaging to ensure they arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition for resale.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
